Under the Shade of a tree

Under the shade of a tree

I find many apples above me

With its lustrous red

Glowing on my cheeks

As the sun cast its red rays on our tree

I feel I am wearing a diadem of a king

When the green leaves nourish the skin of mine

I go back to Auld Lang Syne

Into my memories

When the sky turns pink

I realize that it’s nearly sunrise

And it makes me rise

Under the shade of a tree

There are leaves around me

I smell the aroma of fruits and flowers

That put a whiff of perfume on me

They have a diversity of colours

Pink, blue, orange and red!

When I sit under a tree

I feel god is sitting next to me!

However, according to me, friendship is an immutable relationship which can hamper at times, but stays incorrigible and clings to us for good.   Friends are our confidants; they stay by our side when we fall, and help pick ourselves up for a new start. Somehow we can never give up our friends, and someday, if our friends make a mistake, we should aid them in understanding about the predicament ahead. Friendship sugar-coated and made palatable is always superficial, and in real friendship, love should overflow from our hearts for our friends. My mother always tells me- “Camaraderie should always be a spontaneous reaction”, that is, it should be a sort of a reflex action, something whic...
